Note 1.

Participants from overseas should pay by credit card.

Note 2.

All fees paid are NOT refundable.

Please note that the conference is subjected to cancellation or postponement due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond the control of the organizers.

In such cases, any fees paid to the organizers shall be refunded in full. However, the organizers shall not be liable for any damages, costs, or losses incurred by the participants arising from the cancellation or postponement.

Please keep the receipt after payment for registration.
